With reference to the Colonial Office letter

No.49519 dated the 3rd instant, I am directed to forward

for the information of the Secretary of State for the

Colonies a copy of an extract from the judgment in the

recent Lahore Conspiracy trial, relating to the statements

made by two witnesses about seditious activities in the

Sikh temple at Hong Kong.
